First Voice
The First National Bank Voice response system was designed for you to receive account information, transfer funds, receive current interest rates, general information, and instructions on contacting a customer service representative.

After dialing our (800) number a bulletin board message will start. Once you listen to this message, you will be prompted to press 1 on the number pad of your touch-tone phone. Remember that when you are asked for your Personal Identification Number (PIN), the first time you use FirstVoice it will be the last four digits of your Social Security number, you may change it after you have logged in.
After pressing the number one (1), a listing of choices will start:
- At any menu you can end your call by pressing the # sign. You can replay the current message by pressing the * sign, and to return to the previous menu, press the * sign twice.
- For account information, Press 1
- For Checking Account Information, Press 1.
Enter your Checking account number followed by the # sign, then enter your 4-digit PIN followed by the # sign. You will then be given a balance on your account. The current balance given is the ledger balance; the available balance is the memo balance (this may or may not include holds, ATM transactions, and memo posted items).
- For the last six checks, Press 1.
- To check if a specific check has cleared, Press 2.
- For the last six electronic withdrawals, Press 3.
- For the last direct deposit, Press 4.
- For the last 4 deposits, Press 5.
- For interest earned, Press 6.
- To return to the beginning menu, Press 9.
- For information on how to contact a customer service representative, Press 0.
- For Savings Account Information, Press 2.
Enter your savings account number followed by the # sign, then enter your 4-digit PIN followed by the # sign. Next, you will be given your balance.
- For the last 2 deposits, Press 1.
- For the last direct deposit, Press 2.
- For the last 3 ATM transactions, Press 3.
- For the last 3 withdrawals, Press 4.
- For interest paid information, Press 5.
- To return to the beginning menu, Press 9.
- For Information on how to contact a customer service representative, Press 0.
- For Certificate of Deposit (CD) information, Press 3
Enter your CD number followed by the # sign, then enter your 4 digit PIN followed by the # sign. Next, you will be given your balance, most recent interest earned, previous interest earned, and the next maturity date.
- For Loan Information, Press 4.
- For mortgage loans, Press 1.
- For installment loan, Press 2.
- For business or commercial loans, Press 3.
- To return to the beginning menu, Press 9.
- For information on how to contact a customer service representative, Press 0.
- To Return to the beginning, Press 9
This will transfer to the beginning of the first menu.

- To transfer funds, Press 2.
- To transfer from checking, Press 1.
- To transfer from savings, Press 2.
- To return to the beginning menu, Press 9.
- For information on how to contact a customer service representative, Press 0.
- For rates information, Press 3.
- For loan rates, Press 1.
- For Certificate of Deposit rates, Press 2.
- For Savings rates, Press 3.
- For Checking rates, Press 4.
- To return to the beginning menu, Press 9.

- For General Information, Press 4.
Our main office and branch locations along with the business hours for both lobby and drive-thru tellers, and Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) locations.
- To Change your Personal Identification Number, Press 5.
To change your PIN, you must enter one of you account numbers followed by the #. If this is a Checking account, Press 1. If it is a savings account, Press 2. If it is a Certificate of Deposit (CD), Press 3. If it is a loan, Press 4. Next, enter your current Personal Identification Number (PIN). If this has not been changed before, it will be the last four (4) digits of your Social Security number, followed by the #. Then you will be asked to enter your new PIN followed by the # sign, you will be asked to enter this twice.

This will tell you if our main office or our branch locations are currently open or closed. It will also give you the hours of our lobby and drive-thru locations at both our main office and branch. You will also get our phone numbers at this option.
